Return & Refund Policy

At De Auroma, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Parisian-crafted fragrances. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return Policy.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and the order has been processed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or personal scent preference. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before finalizing an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a product that is physically damaged or defective (e.g., a broken bottle or a malfunctioning spray pump), we will offer a replacement.

  • Notification: You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Evidence: Please provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  • Process: Once verified, we will ship a replacement of the same product at no additional cost to you.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out once the incorrect, unopened item is returned to us.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, the "No Return" policy applies.
